Full-time (40 Hours)
In this position you will develop professional relationships with Goldenwest Credit Union members, via inbound phone communication, for the purpose of assisting them in strengthening their financial position. You will be responsible for investigating, understanding, and resolving member needs. Other responsibilities may be assigned based on business need.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Will train on-site, prior call center experience preferred
High School diploma or equivalent
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent verbal & written communication skills, proficient mathematical ability, professional and well groomed, organized, strong problem solving skills, excellent sales ability
This position is located in South Ogden, Utah. The following full-time scheduling options are available:
o Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
o Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
o Monday – Friday 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
o Monday – Friday 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
