If you Quicken or QuickBooks cannot connect to the online branch, you need to specifically allow them to connect.
This is done by following these steps:
- Sign into the online branch.
- On the Account Summary screen, click on Member Profile and then Credentials & Security
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen in the area labeled "Third-Party Services"
- Enable the "Allow Intuit" option.
Quicken and QuickBooks should be able to successfully connect to your account after you follow those steps.
