Part-time (25 Hours)
The primary responsibility of this position is to create an exceptional member experience. This is accomplished by developing professional relationships with Goldenwest members for the purpose of identifying their needs and recommending customized solutions to meet those needs. Individualized needs are often met by aligning credit union products and services to each specific member. The primary operational function of this position is to complete accurate teller transactions. Other duties may be assigned based on business need.

Part-time schedules are flexible and ideal for parent and student shifts. Typical hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m.- 6:15 p.m. and Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
To be effective in this position an individual must be able to perform each job duty successfully:
• Provide excellent service by developing professional relationships with members;
• Recognize member needs and recommend customized solutions to meet identified needs;
• Represent the Credit Union in a professional manner;
• Accurately process teller transactions in accordance with established policy and procedure;
• Actively participate in the credit union culture.

High School diploma or equivalent.
Licenses, Certifications & Training
Goldenwest product knowledge courses and Goldenwest certifications must be completed as instructed, based on position.

Positive, outgoing personality with a willingness to discuss credit union products and services; effective verbal & written communication skills; professional and well groomed; effective mathematical ability; proficient computer operating skills; cash handling skills preferred.
Physical Abilities & Working Conditions
Ability to talk, hear, sit, use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms consistently. Ability to stand, walk, kneel and crouch occasionally. Close vision as clear vision at 20 inches or less, and distance vision as clear vision at 20 feet or more. Ability to lift up to 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Moderate noise such as business office with computers and printers, and light traffic.
