• What is Golden Rewards: Points Plus?

  Golden Rewards: Points Plus is a rewards program that allows members to earn points on eligible Visa debit card purchases.

• How do I check my points balance?

  Simply log into your mobile app, click “More” and then select “Rewards” and “Golden Rewards: Points Plus”. Or on desktop through online banking, click “Rewards” and then select “Golden Rewards: Points Plus.” You can then see your balance and opt to redeem your points.

• What can I redeem Golden Rewards points for?

  Golden Rewards points can be redeemed for cash back, gift cards, travel rebates, and other rewards.

• How many points can I earn with a debit card?

  Members earn 1 point for $4 spent, and 1 point for every $2 spent with a Reward Yourself Checking account.

• How many points can I earn with a credit card?

  Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent, and 1.25 points for every $1 spent with a Reward Yourself Checking account.

• How do I redeem my points for a cash deposit into my Gold Account?

  Navigate to your Golden Rewards: Points Plus dashboard in your online or mobile banking app, click “Redeem points”. Select “Goldenwest Exclusives” and then locate the “Gold Deposit” option.
