I had a significant error occur on my checking/savings account & was pretty upset when I came in the office to try & get it fixed. The solution wasn’t an easy one & I was a bit frustrated. Brooklynn was calm the entire time, she listened to me & told me that she would make things right. She did! It took awhile but she was able to fix the problem & help me out in a very positive way!
