I came into the branch with a bad attitude but they were so patient with me. I will definitely be coming back to this branch. I highly recommend, that is, if you appreciate excellent customer service!

I’ve been with Goldenwest since 2006. I have opened many loans with Goldenwest and i have always had a great experience with them. Recently opened an auto loan and Nayeli was great to work with and did everything she could to make everything go smoothly and as quickly as possible. Even though i have to drive quite a ways to get to a branch, i live in Tooele i wouldn’t go anywhere else. Really hope a branch opens up closer to Tooele :)
