Searching for transactions

The Online Branch has a powerful search tool to help you find specific transactions on your account. You can search for a particular transaction using phrases like “checks around $100” or “groceries > $50”.

To search across all accounts listed on your “Account Summary” page, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the “Accounts” tab to view the “Accounts Summary” page.
  2. Click on the “Search Transactions” link in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. The search box will appear.
  3. Enter what you are looking for in the “Search Transactions” field.

    Tip: If you would like to know what to type in the “Search Transactions” field, click on the “How do I search?” link to the right of the “Search” button.
  4. Then press the “Search” button.
  5. All matching transactions will be listed.

To search across one particular account, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the “Accounts” tab to view the “Accounts Summary” page.
  2. Find the account you would like to search on.
  3. Click on the name of the account you would like to search on. This will display the “Transaction History” screen with all of the transactions for that account.
  4. Locate the “Search Transactions” box at the top of the screen.
  5. Enter what you are looking for in the “Search Transactions” field.

    Tip: If you would like to know what to type in the “Search Transactions” field, click on the “How do I search?” link to the right of the “Search” button.
  6. Then press the “Search” button.
  7. All matching transactions for that particular account will be listed.

If you search for transactions on a particular account and would like to expand the search to all of your accounts, click on the “Expand search” link to the right of the “Search” button.
