Holds indicate funds that are not available. Examples of holds are credit or debit card transaction that have not yet posted to your account or a check recently deposited to your account. A hold may also indicate a check stop payment or an amount pledged as collateral toward a loan. If you have any such items, you will see a link at the top of the “Account Summary” page that is labeled, “You have # active holds. Click here for details.” Clicking on this link will give you detailed information about those items.
Pending ACH items are electronic debits or credits that the Credit Union has received and that will soon post to your account. If you have any pending ACH items, you will see a link at the top of the “Account Summary” page labeled “Show pending ACH transactions.” Clicking on this link will give you detailed information about those items.
