Online Banking Enhanced Security

USU Credit Union is launching an enhanced security log in component to online banking that provides additional protection from fraud and identity theft.

It is imperative USU Credit Union has your most recent contact information on file including email address, home phone, mobile phone and home address to complete the online account re-authentication process.

To verify your contact information is correct, log in to the online banking platform. After entering your password, a pop-up menu will appear asking you to verify your contact information on file with the Credit Union, and make updates if needed.

The online account re-authentication process is simple, and should take less than two minutes to complete if your contact information is up-to-date.

When you log in to online banking, you will be prompted to choose a preferred contact method to receive a six-digit passcode. You may choose to have the passcode sent to the phone number (voice or text) or email address on file with the Credit Union. The six-digit passcode will be valid for 10 minutes.

Once you receive the passcode, enter the six digits in the appropriate box and click the Confirm Passcode box. After you submit a valid passcode, you will be directed to the online banking homepage.

Should you have any questions about the online account re-authentication process, please call the Member Contact Center at 435-753-4080 or 800-248-6361 Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-8 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.
