WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Our Retail Sales Managers are responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships by eagerly assisting members, prospective members and businesses with deposit, lending and personal lines insurance needs. They actively partner with an Assistant Manager who oversees day-to-day branch operations.


Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information

• Idaho Falls, Idaho

• Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Full-time, 40 hours per week

• Guaranteed Base Wage + Bonus + Generous Commission Schedule + Incentive


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Cultivates and effectively manages long-term, trusting relationships.

• Oversees branch operations and delegates day-to-day operations to Assistant Manager.

• Grows the branch through deposit and lending products and property and casualty insurance.

• Ensures members are promptly and professionally served.

• Provides consistent member follow-up.

• Complies with all regulations as required by law.

• Actively participates in continuing education related to credit union career development.


Experience, Education & Certification

• High School Diploma required, Some college experience preferred

• 1 – 3 years of retail management experience required
